Practical AI training and implementation for small teams
Applied Momentum helps organizations move from scattered AI experiments to a small number of workflows their people can repeat. Start with a focused training session, get an assessment of where AI belongs, or bring in hands-on help implementing the work.
The Offer Ladder
Four ways to work with Applied Momentum.
Each offer stands on its own. Start at whichever level fits your team right now — nobody is required to buy all four.
Practical AI Lunch-and-Learn
$750
One fixed proposal price, paid in full when scheduled.
One live virtual hour for your team, built around a real business topic instead of a general AI demo.
AI Workflow and Policy Assessment
$2,500
Paid in full before the work starts.
Leader interviews, a review of three high-value workflows, an adoption and risk review, and draft internal AI-use guidelines.
30-Day AI Implementation Sprint
$5,000
50% deposit to begin. Balance due within seven days of delivery.
Implement three workflows, document the steps so your team can repeat them, train the people who will use them, and draft an AI-use policy.
Ongoing AI Enablement
$2,500/mo
Three-month minimum, paid monthly in advance.
Monthly training, office hours, workflow refinement, adoption measures, and maintenance of internal AI-use guidance.
Custom development for a session — original research, new examples, revised slides, or exercises — is $250 per approved hour, quoted in advance and rolled into one fixed proposal price before you decide.
Larger training engagements
These are starting prices (base delivery fees). A proposal sets the final scope and one fixed price. Custom development is added at $250 per approved hour, quoted in advance and rolled into one fixed proposal price before you decide. Onsite engagements add a $2,000 delivery day fee, because an onsite session commits the day regardless of its length. Travel is billed separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions, plain answers.
Where should I start?
Start with whatever matches how much you already know. A Lunch-and-Learn is a low-commitment first step. If your team is already using AI without guidance, start with the Assessment. If you already know AI belongs in a specific workflow, go straight to the Sprint.
Do I have to work through every offer?
No. Plenty of organizations book one Lunch-and-Learn and stop there. The ladder shows the progression; nobody is required to climb it.
What does pricing look like?
All four prices are published above. The Lunch-and-Learn and Assessment are fixed prices. The Sprint is a fixed price with a 50% deposit. Ongoing Enablement is $2,500 per month with a three-month minimum. Larger engagements are scoped with one fixed price after a short proposal.
Is there a contract for Ongoing AI Enablement?
Yes — a three-month minimum, paid monthly in advance. After that it continues month to month.
Does Applied Momentum give legal advice on AI policy?
Policy and guideline work from Applied Momentum is operational guidance, not legal advice. Draft policies should go through your normal legal, HR, compliance, and IT review before you adopt them.
