AI Training for Real Estate Brokerages

Practical AI training for your brokerage, built around the work your agents do every week.

Your agents are already using AI. Some are getting good listing copy out of it. Others are pasting client details into tools nobody has vetted, and nobody in the office is working from the same playbook. That gap is a training problem and a policy problem at the same time.

What Your Office Learns

Three modules, built for the work your agents already do.

Listings from Messy Notes

Walkthrough notes in, a broker-review-ready listing draft out — the flagship module your agents will use every week.

Client Email Correspondence

Follow-ups, offer summaries, and status updates drafted faster without losing the agent's own voice.

Social Content

A batch of ready-to-review social posts built from the same property details, instead of starting from a blank screen each time.

How It's Delivered

Three ways to bring this to your office.

Practical AI Lunch-and-Learn

One live virtual hour for the whole office, built around one of the three modules above.

AI Workflow and Policy Assessment

When the brokerage needs guidance on AI use before training the office — what's allowed, what isn't, and what to put in writing.

Schedule an Assessment

MLS, disclosure, and fair housing

Applied Momentum teaches practical workflow and drafting guidance. It does not give legal or regulatory advice, and brokerages should route policy decisions through their own compliance review.

What happens with listing data in class

Sessions work from pre-written, sanitized sample property notes provided at the start. Attendees do not bring client data or their own listings into a group session — everyone works from the same example, then leaves with the reusable workflow to run on their own listings afterward.

For Individual Agents

Public sessions are still open.

A limited number of public sessions remain on the calendar for agents who want to attend individually.

No public sessions are currently scheduled. See the Upcoming Workshops page for the full calendar, or ask about a Lunch-and-Learn for your office instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions, plain answers.

Who is this training for?

Broker-owners, managing brokers, and association education directors deciding whether to bring AI training to their agents — and the agents who attend once that decision is made.

Does this cover MLS, disclosure, and fair-housing rules?

Applied Momentum teaches practical workflow and drafting guidance, not legal or regulatory advice. Policy and guideline work from Applied Momentum is operational guidance, not legal advice. Draft policies should go through your normal legal, HR, compliance, and IT review before you adopt them. Brokerages should route policy decisions through their own compliance review.

Do agents bring their own listings or client data?

No. Sessions work from pre-written, sanitized sample property notes handed out at the start. Nobody brings client data or their own listings into a group session — everyone works from the same example, then takes the reusable workflow back to their own listings afterward.

Do you train the whole office at once, or one-on-one?

Most brokerages start with a Lunch-and-Learn for the whole office. Individual agents who want deeper, personalized help can also book one-on-one coaching separately.

Are the two-hour public workshops still available?

Yes — a limited number of public sessions remain on the calendar for individual agents. See the current schedule below.
